Edward S. Robson focuses his practice on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, complex commercial litigation, real estate and sweepstakes.
 
Mr. Robson advises closely-held businesses of all types including those in the construction, manufacturing, professional services and technology industries.

He has experience litigating a variety of commercial disputes including those arising from unfair competition, mergers and acquisitions, civil rights, shareholder conflicts, breach of contract, real estate, and general liability.  Mr. Robson interned with the Hon. J. Curtis Joyner, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and was a law clerk for the Hon. Howland W. Abramson, Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia, Civil Division.

He has expertise with all forms of sweepstakes, instant win games and skill contests, including those utilizing smartphones, Facebook, Twitter, user generated content (UGC) and SMS messaging.

Mr. Robson also serves as an adjunct professor at the Erivan K. Haub School of Business at St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.

Since 2003, Mr. Robson has served as a volunteer Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) with the Radnor Fire Company, located in Wayne, Pennsylvania. He is an avid cyclist and multi-sport athlete.
