Joseph N. Frabizzio is of counsel to the firm and assists clients with employment matters, tax issues and succession planning.
 
 Mr. Frabizzio advises clients on various aspects of employment law including executive compensation, employment discrimination, the Fair Labor Standards Act, Wage & Hour laws and ERISA. In addition to representing clients in employment related litigation, he works with clients to develop litigation avoidance strategies.
 
Mr. Frabizzio holds an LL.M. in taxation and helps clients minimize their federal and state tax obligations associated with business operations, mergers and acquisitions and real estate transactions. He routinely represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing authorities. He also assists clients with complex trusts and estates issues and succession planning.

When not practicing law, he is an avid runner and has completed a number a marathons and other distance events.
